​B.W.J Graphics is proud to offer the latest and greatest in flexographic platemaking. We have two Esko CDI's which allows us to provide tooling for all segments within the flexographic printing industry. We are capable of producing plates for the narrow web label printing market, flexible and folding carton market, all the way up to the wide web format corrugated printing market.

Digital flexo plates provide for much cleaner half-tons and fine type including reverses, a wider range of graduated screening, less "flare" of the print surfaces often associated with analog platemaking, and cleaner solid print due to the elimination of negatives.

In addition to our CDI's, we also utilize our XPS Crystal exposure unit to deliver consistent quality. The XPS uses LED bulbs instead of florescent bulbs which guarantees a consistent and even exposure on every job. The XPS and accompanying software, enables us to produce the highest quality plates available.
